I have been employed for 4 1/2 years with a Mortgage Company (Broker). I work in the Trust Department which originate construction/rehab loans. I have been working in the real estate business off and on for the past 20+ years and enjoy every bit of it.
I now have 5 houses that I rent. Looking to purchase a few more.
