I am currently trying to learn as much as I can about real estate investment and development while saving money to eventually begin investing on my own. I plan to begin with small multi-family and/or single family rentals and grow a diverse portfolio of properties, ultimately expanding into commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.

I enjoy real estate investing. My wife and I have done Flipping/Rehabbing, BRRRR, Long-term rentals, and Short-term rentals. I do most of the project management, dealing with contractors and funding. My wife is a Realtor, she handles the Comps, Listings, Closings, Design decisions, and rental management, and sometimes she wears a pink tool...
