I am a fix and flip investor based in Indiana, but actively spending time growing my flipping business in multiple other states. I am looking to make solid relationships in the industry and meet other investors + lenders who want to come in on my deals and make some $ with me!

My current investment strategy is essentially the BRRR method. I’m currently applying this to single family and small multi family properties, with the goal of scaling into larger multi family in the future.
My boyfriend and I recently moved to Marietta, OH and plan to invest in multi family rentals within the next year, starting small and scaling from there.
Our first RE goal is to house hack a small multi-family home locally. From there we'd like to either house hack again or just stay in the property and invest in other multis....
