I have been involved with real estate investing over the past ten years, investing in both buy-and-holds and fix-and-flips. As an investor, I have realized the importance of partnering with a knowledgeable lender. Currently, I lend private money in NJ, PA and DE for non owner-occupied residential real estate transactions.
I live and work in LA, and have wanted to buy a home my entire life. Have been working with NACA about a year and a half and it is NOT going well. But it's forced me to look into multi-families, which has really grown on me, and definitely where I'd love to be. So I'm just trying to soak up as much info as possible for now, find all my ducks...
