Started with my first investment property in Katy, TX during the pandemic. Now house-hacking a small multifamily duplex in San Jose, CA. Shifting away from investing and becoming more interested in interior design and learning about the nitty gritty of building (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc). Reach out to shoot the breeze.
