I am a new Real Estate Agent and I have been involve in RE Investing in the past, but not too successful. I am looking to learn all I can to change that and my future!
I am a Realtor that does quite a few short sales and I am currently working with Investors that want to purchase some of these properties with cash.
We are in the process of moving to Redding, Ca., to be closer to grandkids. My son, Greg, is a General Contractor there and is helping us get into flipping.
Interested in the RPI (Rental Properties Investment) I know more acronyms. Anyway my wife and I have been interested in starting this venture for sometime now but never really pursuing it and after filing our 2014 taxes our tax advisor/preparer suggested rental property. So here we are posting our brief profile with BiggerPockets.
