I'm newly divorced and had owned a couple rental properties with my ex-husband. We had a horrible experience with people not paying their rent. I know that it was due to our lack of knowledge . I'm now working on getting as much knowledge as I can.
Experienced investor. have bought, fixed up, tenanted, and sold about 25 properties over the last 30 years, ranging from SF to 15-unit apartment buildings. Lost much of my portfolio in a divorce, now looking to rebuild.
I have attended a Rich Dad Poor Dad Seminar and have become interested in creating multiple streams of income and this is one area that peaked my interest the most.
