Our company Hammer Properties Investments,LLC we purchase under market value properties. We buy and hold our properties and we also sell properties to other investors.
I am hungry and have a solid understanding of money. What I dont have is experience in Real Estate. I really want to learn from people who are successful. I am willing to earn my keep.
