As long as I can remember, my mother bought rental real estate in metro Atlanta. In the 80s, I was a million $ sales agent. Then I married, started having children and became a stay-at-home mom (taxi driver to dance & soccer!). Children are grown and I'm now divorced, I'm ready to return to real estate, which I loved!
I'm a journeyman electrician, and I've also done 3 flips in the Pdx Metro area. The electrical company I work for works with builders who do a combination of residential remodeling and spec homes.
