I'm Dr. Shawn Patrick Williams. I am a husband, father of 4 small children, author, pastor and speaker. I have bought and sold 3 properties in the past 15 years and made money each time. I am looking to learn to buy and sell real estate more frequently to prepare for retirement, kids college, and pay for world missions.
