I am a 45 year old looking to get started in real estate investing. There is a lot I would like to do to help my community grow and bring in more jobs in the future with other types of businesses.
New to all this. Have not had any real estate investment experience but looking forward to it.
My investment background in real estate has been in residential. Mainly personal residences. I'm interested in expanding my investment approach to include hotels, multi family and other revenue generating opportunities. I have a business consulting, real estate development and economic development background.
Want to learn about the real estate industry to get my license in Missouri.
I am interested in the industry and currently in research mode.
