I'm in the U.S. Marines for the last 8 years. I'm getting out at the end of September and I'm interested in going into real-estate investing. I would like to know more in that aspect.

I'm 35 years I purchased 2 condo's 10 years ago and currently rent 1 and i just moved into the other unit 3 years ago after it was vacant for a while and i was fighting with the bank to modify my mortgage.
