I have grown up in a family that values home ownership and land acquisition as a way to improve quality of life. I currently live and work in a difficult area of Southern California, and believe that there is a chance for positive change in this area in the near future (3 to 8 years). I want to be a part of re-building my community as well...

I am interesting and flipping houses at this time. In the past, I would buy and hold town houses. I currently have two town houses that I am holding. I need to learn more about the industry of investing since I did run into some snags along the way. I have been an investor since 1995.
