I currently invest (Buy and Hold) in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Area. I’m investing into multifamilies at the moment and want to be able to in the future purchase alone or partner in acquiring an apartment buildings with 20+ units. My goal is to have 200 units by 2023. Currently at 5 units in 2019, so I got some ground to cover lol.

I have not made my first deal yet, but I am looking for a multi family home where I could live in one unit and rent out the remaining units....
My husband and I currently own 2 properties; a long term rental in Portland, OR, and a duplex in SoCal. We live in one of the units and AirBnb the other. I work full time in healthcare and my husband in facilities. We are looking to expand our portfolio with additional investment properties.
