I am an athletic trainer who loves working in sports medicine, therefore I need to find other ways to make some money. Real Estate is my most comfortable cash mechanism and what I want to pursue more of. I have my first house with my wife and soon will like to build a second home in the back yard of our 10k sq ft lot.
