I became interested in real estate in high school when I read "Rich Dad Poor Dad." I graduated with an electrical engineering degree and now that I have a job I want to get into it part time. I live in Baltimore and I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, and spending time with friends and family.
I'm a full time teacher and also own a home improvement business that has been growing steadily. I love working with my hands and solving problems. I've always wanted to get into real estate investing and eventually hope to be able to quit my teaching job and do real estate/rehabbing full time.
