Would like to do deals but need to find clarity with regard to team and deal flow. Have reliable source of investment funding fro a third party – not a lot for LA mind you, but enough to get started.
I turned full time REI about 2 years ago. I've learned, if your looking to "buy it right", it takes about the same amount of effort to find, negotiate, and finance, multi units as it does SFR. My teams in place, and Im ready to buy an Apartment Building.
