I live in south jersey and am looking to start flipping houses in the next few months. I currently work as a bird dog with a local real estate investor in south jersey. I have a full-time job and want to take this on as a part time job for some extra cash.

I have been trying my own real estate investments with a guy out in Muncie, IN. I have had a little success but not as much as I would like. This is something that I would absolutely love to make my full time job.

I am looking to learn more about real estate investing, and then invest in multi-family units. Preferably quads. My overall goal is to eventually own about 32 to 60 units, and hopefully all under one roof.
Investor that has mainly focused on raw land type investments. But am interested in rentals and own a few but also interested in wholesaling as well.
