For years I have wanted and said to myself I have to get into real estate. I did research, participated in classes/workshops, I even paid for some. It has recently been brought to my attention that wholesaling properties will be the best way in. So I am jumping right in.

I'm a tent of a duplex two on the lot there is one meter and it is the landlord responability to pay the water bill

I am interested in loaning money. I would prefer to loan money with a mortgage broker or someone who is already involved in HML
Alternatively, if someone with a substantial amount of experience is interested in partnering I would be interested
