I currently 3 properties, a condo in Aventura FL and a single family residence in Las Vegas that I rent out. Las Vegas home was a foreclosure purchased for 88k that I fixed up (13k cost) and rented and is now worth approx 180k. I recently closed on a Duplex in Fort Lauderdale. The rent on that property should yield me approx 900/month...
