I have owned a duplex since 2001 and recently purchased a SFR as well. My short term goal is to become more involved as a real estate professional and possibly become a realtor. Mid-term goal is to own or invest in a small apartment building. Retirement goal is to own multiple buildings or a single large one. I live in the Hartford, CT area.
