I'm simply looking to get started, and instead of being a plane without a rudder, I figured a forum like this was a natural landing spot. Flips, rentals, partnerships are just a few areas of interest.
We started our real estate business in June 2012. It's been a slow process but we've managed to keep moving forward. To date, we have two flips and are currently moving into buy and hold properties.
