I work for a Real Estate Development firm in Johannesburg South Africa. I am in charge of most of the financial calculations as well as all online ventures.
Previously a corporate pilot, I decided 14 years ago to leave that to create me-free free-me income, along with my talented and hardworking wife. Though the "weather" is sometimes turbulent in rental real estate, we feel very fortunate, and it's flowing more smoothly each year.
I have 5 houses which are still bonded but not much. I want to buy more houses in a Property Trust of which I am a Trustee.
