General Contractor wanting to do rehabs for investors. We have two divisions of the company. We are licensed in HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing on one side and General Contractor with roofing license on the other side.

I once held a Real Estate license. I am retired but want to be active, so I decided that I would like to buy houses, sell 2 and keep 1. Over and over.
I would like to specialize in a few areas (two known and a few unknown) and I will look for a rehab partner in each area to sell to. I would like to buy 2 houses a month for a while...
