I'm an individual looking for good residential/commercial real estate deals around Maryland but not only limited to Maryland. I'm open to other markets as well.

Have been self educating over the past couple years and am 100% interested in making REI my full time career. I am attracted to starting with wholesaling/probate while eventually enjoying passive income from rental properties.
