I am a retired park ranger supervisor for Nassau County, NY parks department. I have studied real estate investing for many years but due to circumstances beyond my control have never done a deal. I created and established my own corporation, NuGenesis Enterprises, Inc. in September 2008 for the purpose of real estate investing.
