Educator getting educated about real estate investing! Wife and I closed on 3 properties (1 sale, 2 purchases) while living outside the US. We are back and own a vacation rental in FL and a multi family in VT, we live in one unit. Short term goal: BRRRR the VT multi family and buy another multi family in this calendar year.
