Hypothetically speaking, if Nationalized Health care passes under the current administration, how will this affect the Insurance companies lending?

I need to know what national sites are the "authority" on this and match their current abilities, and perhaps "push" some of that quality traffic to my site by "mirroring" their successes.

A MH note with out land is going to get discounted heavily be the handful of national note guys left(if they buy at all).A local investor who is much more familiar with the market and property is more then likely to buy it without land.Best way to find these local investors is to check the courthouse for individuals who are loaning money to another person more commonly named as the mortgagee.

I drove by and did a walk through, I want it.The MLS says it was transferred to American Home mortgage (not listed in their REO portfolio) The county tax site shows the owner as Deutsch Bank National Trust.How do I buy it if it's not listed?
