Around the holidays, we are writing 30, but out lender has given us a green light of 21 days.Any advice or tips to find a property, other than “be patient”?

Regardless, hope you had a great holiday season and are enjoying a fruitful start to 2019 so far.Wanted to thank you for your extremely detailed response and will definitely be saving this for reference later.

In my 9-5 we have vendors stoping by all the time giving holiday gifts and it’s appreciated.

Keep in mind the AC never dies in the winter months here in Florida; it is always the middle of summer when its a 100 degrees outside.

Quicken Loans is having a holiday cash promotion and Caliber Home Loans is what I used for my first mortgage (both great to work with and have their own sales team which do not charge commission). 

I say if you KNOW its not going to make it through the winter then go ahead and replace the boiler when you can plan around it.
