Has anyone had success in purchasing multiple houses in one lump sum?

Or if your lender requires separate offers, add a clause to both offers that says the properties are a package deal and each will only close with the other.

I did a package deal a few months ago on a couple of SFH and an empty lot.

(There is a package deal right now: 20K for 2. haha!)  

Hello BiggerPockets, I am just getting started in real estate investing and am trying to flip my first property.I live in a small town with very little opportunity for what I would consider good flips, the nearest city is 3 hours from where I live, how far are you willing to travel to check out a good deal?

@Scott Lewis You mentioned that you create a package to present to the bank in order to assist in their decision.

That was a good deal for the whole package.
