Low crime makes any location more desirable, so you can usually search crime maps.

I would try to locate your own comps, to justify any type of appeal. 

I would think some of the tenants would be relieved that they would not have to move and find a new location.

@Aarti Bambha there are several Personal Unbrellas with a limit of 25 locations, 100 units.  

That comes down to location and amenities in my opinion.

Unfortunate, but not a surprise.The more ignorant laws the stupid politicians pass in CA and a few other states, the better it is for those of us operating in relatively business friendly states as jobs and residents continue to flee those anti-business locations.

For example if you’re buying a single-family home and there’s a survey, you don’t need a location endorsement.

I have family there and visit often so it seems like a decent 'long-distance' investment location from my perspective.
