Originally drafted to prevent landlords from using security deposits for cleaning or repairs, the bill was amended after opposition from the California Apartment Association (CAA).Landlords will now need to photograph rental units before tenants move in, at the end of the lease, and after repairs or cleaning.

I have listed my property on Zillow with rent of $2700 but I see that for 4 bedroom houses the section 8 gets closer to $4k from the government.

In my state, the new landlord is required by law to serve a change of landlord notice within 15 days of assuming ownership.

Is it 10  or 15 % downpayment, that is what I wanted to know Is the house in another state that you and your family are planning on utilizing for vacations? 

They typically communicate that they will be late and do end up paying the full rent plus the late fee by the end of each month.Unfortunately, we've reached a point this month where they submitted a partial payment at the beginning of the month and have now become unresponsive and have not paid the monthly balance.
