I recently heard a podcast describing how to do it, and I was thinking of looking into it in more detail this week.Basically when the seller of a property loans the buyer money to purchase the property, as is often done to help the buyer with the down payment or closing costs.

I see two plausible possibilities (I'm sure there are others) where one might be able to be technically correct about this being from a heart attack, but still deceptive at the same time: (1) he had a heart attack because of the massive hemorrhage.

Nonetheless, being a birddog technically requires a real estate license, and I personally would recommend that if someone is looking to put that much effort into finding property then they should become a wholesaler.
