(We were in a PA to buy both from we had learned the buyer no longer wanted to do the rehabs and were willing to get out very very very low) Last month, that house was listed for $184,900 and it is smaller than yours and zip code is worse as it is East Cleveland schools.

I live in CA but have relatives in IA who recommended I invest in Iowa since investing in CA real estate is a bit out of my reach as a High School math teacher :PI'm not 100% certain where I'm going to end up investing, but Cedar Rapids is definitely on my short list of places to invest in so I thought it would be worth my time to introduce myself and hopefully get some wise advice from people who are already investing in Cedar Rapids.
