Something I’ve thought about for some time, but without action...you know....I’ve been studying and researching for a little over a year now, but making connections is my growth area so that I can form a good community to learn and work with.Whats the best thread/article you’ve come across on:- finding the first deal/learning with others executing a deal- creating a successful team (contractors, inspectors, real estate lawyers, etc.)- analyzing deals (preferably comparing 2 or more deals)There are so many threads here, so maybe this can help me get to some specific links or info a bit faster.

That doesn't mean the person paying more isn't successful.

I’ve always found it easier to build from ground up and so far I’ve been successful.

You may have more success making it more about determining what she would need to feel comfortable moving forward. 

Too many unknowns that are usually hard to clarify for a quick decision.I am sure that is to my uneducated eye, there must be very successful investors around here that have a way to make this a less risky move.

The name can be anything. look at all of the super successful companies website names.

If you want to be analyzing that many deals (even when narrowed down to 10 MSAs you'll be looking at a lot of deals), I would stress that broker relationships will play a major role in your success level, in terms of finding good deals.
