Generally Winter Park is a higher-end area with good rents but it's very street specific so I would be sure you do a lot of research on the specific area you are looking to buy in.

Now, it gets better...On the same street and same block as mine, there have been several properties that have been retail flips that have sold for $125k - $140k.

It is a three bedroom ranch, not sure if 1 or 2 baths, 1 car garage on a dead end street in the most preferred school district in the area.The property was purchased for $95K in 1996 and I’m guessing would sell in it’s current condition in the low to mid $100s.
