@Luka Milicevic I would be looking for SFR (condos or homes) where I could stay temporarily and then rent it out after 6-12 months whenever I locate a 2nd property and keep building the portfolio.  

I would personally stay away from developments like that.

If both stay rented this would cash flow more than first option but also riskier with vacancies.Advice??

Remember, as already mentioned, that whatever structure you create, it requires work and discipline in operating it.

I wont hire anyone who I think has one of our rotten commutes.. because I know they are going to not stay long and or be absent a bunch..
