Hello,  if I purchase a rental property in Miami this year and close under my name, and then transfer the title to a LLC the same year, do I need to anticipate TWO times the property tax hike for next year?   

My goal is to house hack the next place that I stay in and would like to get an idea of the area.

I strongly do not believe the list is bad due to several deals earned from this list, primarily through direct mail, and I am noticing other investors close some of these properties.
