If they do not leave by the move out deadline, can I start eviction process? 

I do not know your current situation but house hacking is a great way to get started with real estate investing.

It's no guarantee but it's a good place to start.

I'm assuming these organizations would pay far below market value for land, but there are obviously also some significant tax benefits that may potentially offset the "lower-than-market" valuation you may receive when selling to them.

It's also tougher to find deals that would fit a full BRRRR model today because inventory is much lower than it was a few years ago.

You can start with a house hack, either a SF or a 2-4 unit property.

You have to have a building permit in before you can start running utilities.
