The goal is to purchase more properties over the years mainly as income/cash flow producing investments, with the occasional flip down the road as well.My question is around the suffix before the “LLC” in the company name.

If you only have 1 month of living expenses, then it is a hard road until you start getting referrals regularly, which still might be famine between the feasts.

Although there are always bumps in the road we've had good success with the strategy and seen many clients and friends do the same.Just a couple tips for you as you get started:1.

It's possible the provider is leaving them off to save you from future maintenance down the road. 

I never take financial advice from people that have not traveled the road I am traveling on and I especially don't take financial advice from people that have less than I do.

Sometimes they will take you up on it and the benefit for you is that you can save yourself some vacancy downtime down the road when you go to finish the rehab on their units.

I don't mind taking time off and purchasing out of state either (within reason - I'd prefer to keep them towards the west), so if any RE Agents/Brokers/Investors/etc.. want to link up down the road if there are good purchases to be made, I'd like to do business/partner up with you!

I know this road is NOT easy, but at the very least I would like to learn as much as possible so I can one day put the knowledge to use.

I'll continue to work as a pharmacist so I can look favorable to lenders, but I'll decrease my hours down the road to transition to part-time.
