@Javier Rosales yes but if you shop around you'll most likely find you won't find anyone else willing to do the same job for even double that rate, which makes me skeptical that this manager is a good long term solution

So, If that anecdotal experience proves true I would venture to guess that private money is your only US based funding solution for foreign property.A power play could be to find deals that work on the local loan protocols and be fist-pump excited when you own the thang outright in 5 years!

Solution:  Start with a different property...flip it, reinvest and flip again until you have your cash from the profits ONLY.
