I know I'm not the only one that does banking with multiple accounts, so I am hoping to find a software that can do that.

And our property management company said it is harder to manage because it is by-the-room leasing which requires specialized software and also requires higher deposits due to higher expected damaged and also most of the leases expire at the same time around June/July.Additionally I was told that the you need to provide more amenities and the ones you provide have to be of larger quantity.

There are some great software programs out there that will help you market your property for free.

I am curious.. what software do you use to management your note business?

You can also use personal finance software like quicken.

Also if you use Quickbooks or any land lording software it is likely this is a feature.

I currently work in Sales in the enterprise software industry, and will be moving back up to San Francisco (from Encinitas) in August '17, where my company is HQ'd (currently working from home).  

We use online applications though Buildium, our property management software and it works great.
