Hi,Looking for recommendations for investor friendly Title companies that service the Greater Tampa area?

I offer pre-acquisition services as well.

They have been a great tenants for 3.5 years so we have only raised their rent $50 in that time (so they may be over 3x today).The median household income for a family of 4 in San Diego is $63.4K. 

My wife and i are currently raising the money to put a down payment on a 4Plex (Using an FHA Loan).We are just unsure what to do career wise so that we can have capital to invest more and more each year?? 

We recently raised the rent from $950 to $1,100 a month. 

No other major hurdles other than some weeks it's definitely a side job, getting new guests in, providing great customer service, cleaning/fixing the property.

I use QB and also their payment service to accept ACH payment from all of my tenants.

That is not uncommon when paying something online there is usually a "service fee" for just that reason.

We might raise it $25k from our initially planned price.
