Don't sell !

I bought an investment property in Muskegon a couple years back but was not very knowledgeable and end up selling it.

Problem is that the success of these strategies is pretty rare, despite what some gurus trying to sell you $30k mentorship’s would have you believe.  

Most people sell their time for money, i.e. a job (W-2).

Do we need to wait to sell until July of 2024?  

@Emilie Adamovic1) the vast majority of these get caught up/paid off just before the auction2) here, tax auctions are very competitive and sell for near market value, so the owner gets the excess proceeds.

Just connect with a good, active agent in your area and ask what's selling quickly.

I'm considering selling one of my rental properties that I've had for almost 8 years, that's still not in a positive.

Instead of just wholesaling, clean it up and maybe make it livable, sell for more than just a wholesale fee.
