Craigslist works well for me, in some markets you can pay a Flat Fee for the MLS listing of your rental, but you will be responsible for all showings/credit check/verifications.

They even went so far as to get top ranked spots in google with "Peter Conti Scam" or "Quick Flip Money Machine Scam" which brings you to their own page with someone telling you that they don't think it's a scam.

HI Andrew,There used to be a 97% LTV program they reduced it to 95% but its not a far stretch from 5% down to 3% down.I think for such marginal difference in down payment it will be irrelevant for the default rate of the loans as long as prudent income, asset, and credit verification is done.
