A lot of attorneys will tell you they can handle any case you bring to them, but it's certainly not a cost effective way for you to do business.

I just basically stated my concern for their safety and well-being during this Virus and if they need help to reach out to DHS, they may be eligible for the Gov’t stimulus check, and that I will work with them if need be.

@Ryan Daigle, one fault I see in your assumptions is that the higher earners, class A tenants won't be effected. 

We are implementing code box and/or virtual showings on some vacant units.Our maintenance team is not entering units unless there is an emergency or safety issue, or an issue that could worsen if not remedied.

The location (safety, neighborhoods, employment, etc.) and the value we can add to the property are 2 driving factors why we jumped to this deal How did you add value to the deal?

It's a trickle down effect and you may never see a change...but you could.
