Houston seems to be more robust economically, with a major port close by and dozens of Fortune 1000 companies headquartered there.

If I was not west coast based though I would right now move to Charleston.. that place is happening.. on many fronts.. but especially how business friendly they are .. and a robust real estate market and sophisticated business people..

Assuming you have done all the research ensuring job growth, robust economy, etc it all comes down to how good your team is.

One of our places has a robust box sale business while others do not.

For example, some of the best CPAs I know have a barely functioning website.

It should be clean and functional upon move out.

I've heard a lot of owners use timers to help costs; but I've also heard a lot of guests don't like the timer function (I get where each side is coming from!).
