When Lenders are considering you for a loan, they typically will look at your income (reported on your last 2 years tax returns) along with your recurring monthly debts and credit score.

As we get more reviews and eventually get bumped to super host status we expect those numbers to improve a little, too.

That means you theoretically have $5000 equity, but it is basically just the seller bumping the price up $5000 to give it to you.
