More or less, the buyer just wants to move quickly to close which is really all it means. 

Raised foundations tend to be easier to add bathrooms because plumbing can be moved under the house such as from an existing laundry room.

I would like to move to next level like flips,  buy-rehab-rent.

I know with mine, believe it would've shown different addresses over the years because I moved many times...the court will be able to find them even if they no longer live in a previous address?

But once you move out, there shouldn't be any issues using it for normal long term or midterm leases.

NO, I have purchased and sold 100s and 100s ,AND 100s and have done  a 1k of move in and outs with sec 8 , all the same.

I would ask my attorney what the best options are for moving forward.
