Not sure where to start from.1) How to build the contact?

Andrew and his company, American Private Money Group are not reliable or trustworthy.

I’ve recently had a bit of an issue with my tenant that lives in the same building that I do.

I am starting out and want to begin my journey to building my portfolio. 

They are building, essentially, another old town "like" area on Orange grove between Lincoln and Los  Robles!

@Matthew Alonso we have a townhome that is tenant occupied through next May that we're looking to sell to fund a new build.

My tenants are building a house and said they will probably be done 6/30/24.

@Zachary DealIn the Tahoe Reno, NV market we are seeing more interest in MTR because of the influx of tech and manufacturing jobs with Tesla building the Semi-truck factory, Panasonic building batteries, and Redwood Battery recycling the batteries.

Would you lend a million dollars to someone who had no clue of the ups and downs and the bumps in the road of flipping houses.This is why I build out networks in the midwest for those looking to break in because those 90k houses with the 40k rehab, those houses are the deal 1 deals a lender would like to see.
